Fees range between 5% and 15% of the negotiated sales price (not including notary costs)

The percentage is agreed on at the signature of the "CONSULTING & RETAINER AGREEMENT".

A retainer fee will be paid to IPC Inc. for the Services in the amount of CHF1500.-.

This fee shall be payable in advance upon agreement signing and is non-refundable.

The balance of our fees will be paid only at the signature of the deed.
